Abstract. Many books and scientific articles have been written about proper nutrition. The Lan Electronic Library System alone contains nutrition information in 203 books and 1,537 articles. The question arises: what new can be added? But science never stands still. Our active and intelligent people are constantly inventing and improving. Approaches to nutrition change. New technologies emerge. Moreover, previously developed nutritional recommendations primarily apply to athletes and people with various illnesses. The Lan Electronic Library System contains information on athletes' nutrition in 843 books, 819 articles, and on therapeutic nutrition in 965 books and 4,383 articles. But these people don't work in the fields. Moreover, drivers and machine operators are not athletes, although their work is no less difficult and intense. But they cannot avoid illness if they eat improperly. Affordable rural cafeterias became a thing of the past, along with collective and state farms. It's no coincidence, then, that in his video address on the occasion of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers' Day on October 12, 2025, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced plans to improve living standards in rural areas and create comfortable conditions for work and leisure [1].
