The article deals with the zoning of residential areas in the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Yekaterinburg. Some problems have been identified and solutions have been proposed. One of the main points is the determination of the spatial placement of housing, taking into account the demolition of dilapidated buildings, this issue is solved by landscaping the territory.
