Forecasting the use of land resources is one of the main issues of effective use and management of urban territory. Using the example of the village of Verkhnyaya Sysert, the existing land use is analyzed, including on the basis of remote sensing materials, a SWOT analysis of the use of the village's land fund is compiled and a mathematical predictive model is compiled. The calculation showed that the area of disturbed lands with the existing use of land by 2040 will increase by 65 hectares, and built-up by 423 hectares.
