Abstract. Working with people is one of the most complex, difficult and multifaceted areas of human activity. Management is always filled with psychological content, since its main character is a person with his own abilities, needs, and intelligence. Management psychology is a branch of science that studies personality and group in the system of managerial relations. Scientists and practical experts have come to the conclusion that the effectiveness of human activity is determined not only by the degree of his professional training, but also by the psychological state in which he is at the moment.
