Influence of innovative changes in the technological base of production Organizational activity is influenced by revolutionary changes in the technological base of production. The transition to effective forms of organization and management based on scientific principles has become the main condition for the success of economic reforms. Competition of products and services has become, in essence, competition of organizations, forms, methods and skills of management. Traditions of centralized typification of all structural constructions, rigid formalization of internal and external relations of subordination, lack of freedom of all lower levels, mass distribution and long-term use of organizational schemes, suitable only for certain conditions or emergency circumstances, gave rise to a stereotype of conservative thinking and organizational stiffness.
