Abstract. This article examines the integration of students with disabilities at the Ural State Agrarian University based on a survey of 20 respondents. The goal is to identify adaptation issues and develop recommendations. The results showed that 76% of students rated socialization positively, and 63% received teacher support. However, challenges included poor infrastructure accessibility (31%), physical barriers (35%), and the need for psychological support (50%). Key challenges included communication (31%) and a lack of individualized learning. Proposed measures include modernizing infrastructure, strengthening psychological support, and flexible educational formats. Emphasis is placed on balancing systemic change with tailoring to individual needs. Implementation of the recommendations is aimed at creating an inclusive environment. The study emphasizes the need for regular monitoring and dialogue with students to sustainably develop an inclusive culture.
