Abstract. In the article the authors consider measures aimed at crisis management, on the one hand, and strategic development, on the other hand. In the conditions of implementation of policy of import substitution it is important for enterprises not only to ensure financial stability but also to emphasize development in connection with growth of domestic consumption and demand for agricultural products. Particular attention is paid to organic products, as healthy lifestyles, environmentally friendly production is a global trend. The authors offer a development project on the example of a particular farm.
