Abstract. Innovative development of agriculture is represented by new technologies that are currently used by agricultural organizations. Technologies such as "smart greenhouses", agricultural drones, unmanned tractors and other technologies have already appeared. And although in agriculture the process of mastering new technologies is slower than in other areas of production, these technologies make a great contribution to the modernization of production and the liberation of manual labor. By introducing new technologies into production, agricultural enterprises have the opportunity to increase their production capacity, crop yield growth and product quality. The purpose of the article is to analyze the possibilities of introducing new technologies in agricultural enterprises. The article uses such research methods as analysis and synthesis methods and the factor analysis method. The main part considers various types of new innovations that Russian farmers are already using in their enterprises. The indicators of growth in production volumes using new innovations are analyzed. In conclusion, it is concluded that the introduction of new technologies and modernization of equipment not only contribute to the further development of agricultural production, but also solve the problem of food security of the country. Self-sufficiency of the country in basic agricultural products is the main goal of the Russian agro-industrial complex, and the use of innovations not only in individual agricultural organizations, but in almost all, will accelerate the implementation of the Doctrine of Food Security of the country.
